Hello, October! 🎃
October always brings a mix of cozy fall vibes and a final burst of energy before the holiday rush. It’s the season of pumpkins on porches, crisp evenings, and yes — making bold moves before the year wraps up.
On the real estate side, this is one of the last strong windows to buy or sell in 2025. Well-prepped homes are still drawing attention, and serious buyers are eager to settle in before the holidays. If you’ve been thinking about making a move, October is a golden month to do it.
