On the housing side, inventory is still limited, so having a good read on what’s happening really helps. Knowing what’s coming up, how quickly homes are moving, and what’s actually driving prices can make everything feel a lot clearer. Even if you’re just keeping an eye on the market, having that context takes the pressure out of the process.
